IBM Refurbished Laptops
Posted by: LaptopsArena in laptop computer
IBM laptops are known these days as Lenovo. IBM has made an alliance with Lenovo in order to bring value to their users and to keep in touch with the portable world of computing. If you want to search for IBM refurbished laptops you will have hard times finding one, so you better switch to Lenovo, it is the same thing, but Lenovo is more recognized these days. So perhaps after taking a slight tour through some of the available portable systems you will understand the value and you will see for yourself if these are worth considering.
Lenovo IdeaPad V470 is known for its solid keyboard and plenty configuration options to choose from. Design isn’t much improved, so perhaps users will not be so impressed at this chapter. Its reasonable price and solid build quality make this laptop worth considering, even though there are some flaws some can’t give up on. At $599, you can benefit of Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB DDR3 memory, 500GB hard drive, Intel HD 3000 graphics and the 14” display to go with everything. The metal case gives the laptop a professional look and the sharp edge makes this laptop suitable for taking it around, but it seems that looks are a bit out of date. The IdeaPad U300s is another example, but this time things stand way better when it comes to design. It looks great and packs a lot of features inside, along with SSD drive, USB 3.0 and a lot more. Configuration options can get expensive, but at least you will benefit of this stylish portable system. For around $1500, you can get the Intel Core i7 inside, 4GB DDR3 memory, 256GB SSD drive and Intel HD 3000 graphics. What makes it even more attractive for portability is its 13.3” display.

Let’s move on to other series and see what they are about. Lenovo Essential B470 looks sharp and includes NVIDIA graphics. But as everyone is trying to make their laptops look a lot slimmer and sleeker, it seems that Lenovo can deal with the bulkier look of a laptop, even though it is a 14” one. The model is decent for what it offers and for the pricing, $669, considered to be budget, but if you mind how your laptop looks, then perhaps you will consider this a tad dull. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E220s offers a nice combination of size and performance, with a good keyboard and touch pad to help you navigate and type easily. Even though the processor doesn’t eat up a lot of resources, the battery life is less impressive. The 12.5” laptop offers a price of $749, but configuration options can raise the bars a bit. Inside you get the Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB DDR3 memory, 320GB hard drive and Intel HD 3000. You can see this configuration at many laptop computers and it seems that it is the reasonable one to stand today’s performance level and to offer the user the computing task it needs.

Now that you took a glance over the series offered by Lenovo, you can make your choice and pick out the laptop you consider to be suitable for you. Every manufacturer offers the possibility of upgrade and customization, so it is a matter of choosing the right brand in the end.
