MEDION is a large company founded in Germany, which is specialized in modern consumer electronics such as PCs, TV sets, refrigerators and fitness equipment, and recently it made available its latest notebook model called Akoya MD 96350.

The notebook is a powerful system running on the Vista Home Premium platform using the Intel Core2 Duo processor T5250 with 1.5 GHz, 2 MB L2 Cache, and 667 MHz FSB.
Having a large 2048MB Ram memory and the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 with the PCI-Express Technology, you can easily turn your room into a gaming area together with your friends, and take advantage of the 3D gaming performance of this notebook that will surely provide realistic visual effects.
And not just that. The model has 160GB of hard disk space allowing you to store up to 30,000 songs and photos, or if you like, over 100 hours of video files.

Dell has postponed the releasing of its Latitude XT Tablet PC, previously planned for the beginning of this month, because it wanted to present it at the Oracle OpenWorld 2007 conference that took place between November 11 and 15.
In a few months you’ll have the opportunity to get your hands on the multi-touch input technology that makes it possible to use multiple fingers to draw lines or manage images simultaneously.
This is the first Tablet PC coming from Dell, and is also the world’s thinnest convertible notebook, that measures just 12 inches, and would also have the brightest display with 25% more than its competitors.
We’ll have to wait a little longer for it to appear on the market but at least now we have the specifications, and these include a Core 2 Duo Ultra Low Voltage U7600 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, an ATI RS600ME/SB600 chipset with the Radeon Xpress 1250 integrated graphics with 256 MB HyperMemory, 3GB of RAM memory, and a LED backlight display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and the enhanced outdoor viewing capability option.

For communications, it has 802.11n draft wireless standard support and the HSDPA, EV-DO Rev.A technologies.
Expect the notebook to appear on the market at a price between $1,500 and $2,000.

The 17-inch notebook called Black-Hawk XR5 features a quad-core processor and 2 Nvidia Geforce 8800M GTX mobile video cards in SLI mode.

The built-in GPS receiver is an option that comes with software for distance based voice guidance and directions.
Other features include a built in media card reader with support for SD, MS, MS Pro, MS Duo, MS Pro Duo, Mini-SD, and MMC card types, and connectivity options such as DVI, D-SUB CRT Video Output, USB 2.0, Firewire Port, TV Out (S-Video/HDTV Output Support), TV Input (Optional with TV Tuner), SPDIF Digital Sound Output, RJ11 connector for Modem, and an RJ45 connector for Ethernet.
In addition it comes also with a built-in 1.3 webcam, Bluetooth, and an optional High Speed Blu-Ray-RW Drive.
The Black-Hawk XR5 is available now for pre-orders and it will start shipping in December.
The configuration that includes the Core 2 Quad Q6700 processor, dual GeForce 8800M GTX cards, 2GB of RAM, a 200GB hard drive, and Windows Vista Home Premium OS has a price of $3,798.
