NEC ShieldPro waterproof laptop

NEC company has developed the ShieldPro waterproof laptop. The 3.5kg model can also withstand temperatures from -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F) , can be dropped from a height of 90cm, and can be dropped in water(so you can wash it).
The Magnesium Alloy chassis measures in at 48-mm (1.89-inch) covers a 1.2GHz Core Solo U1400, 2GB of memory and a 60GB HDD, a 1024×768 12.1-inch display, and a 8-hour battery.
The NEC ShieldPro waterproof laptop will be available in Japan for 300,000 yen ($2,607), starting January.
