Powering from a Li-Ion battery or the AC wall socket, it provides up to 2 hours of operating time on the go or you can use it as long as you like if you are near an AC source.

You can see your friends or start multi-party sessions on the 7-inch LCD display of 16.7 million colors at a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, wirelessly, using the Wi-Fi technology or Ethernet connectivity, at a bit rate of up to 2Mbps. Also, it connects to TVs and projectors, supporting both NTSC and PAL video formats. In addition it has acoustic echo cancellation, high-sensitivity dual microphones and built-in speaker.
To expand its memory you can use a microSD card to store more digital images.
Functions of the inPerson device include a user-friendly interface, contact list, wireless remote, call history, speed dial, auto answer, auto login, and automatic white balance with Auto, Fluorescent, Incandescent, Outdoors scenarios. It supports the following codecs: H.264, H.263, H.263+, dvi4, ilbc, G.711, G.723.1a, and G.729ab telephony tone signaling.

inPerson was designed by Chong Kin Fui, Hong Qian, Jack Ng, Melvin Soh, Ng Kar Choon, Soetejo Juarsa, Wilfred Leung and Yong Seah Seang, and has received the Red Dot Award for Product Design 2008.
It is available at $700 as an individual device or at a price of $860 with accessories including the battery pack, a stereo headset, riser stand and a soft carrying case.
