On the hardware side of things, the U810 runs on an Intel Ultra Mobile 2007 platform, meaning an Intel Processor A110 (800MHz, 512KB L2 cache, 400MHz FSB), a Intel 945GU Express Chipset, and the Intel ICH7U I/O Controller Hub.
There is a 1GB DDR2 (400MHz) memory, and a 40 GB HDD with 1.8-inch PATA Ultra DMA 100 (4200rpm) with S.M.A.R.T. support.
The audio quality is ensured by a RealTek ALC262 HD audio codec with built-in digital microphone.

We have also a Type I/II CF card slot and one Secure Digital (SD) card reader.
The 4-cell Li-ion battery of 5200mAh stays alive for e up to 5.5 hours.

Fujitsu has already built 2 stable configurations available for ordering from its website.
One costs $1,099 and the other one is cheaper and is offered for $999, both being customizable.
The first one comes with Genuine Windows Vista Business and Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, while the second configuration has a Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium with Microsoft Works 8.5 and Office 2007 Home and Student Trial.
