Posted by: Sierra in Fujitsu

Why should only flip phones have two displays? Fujitsu has introduced a new laptop computer destined to those who want to replace their desktop system with a mobile one. It is called Fujitsu LifeBook N7010 and brings an innovation in portable computing design.

The main display measures 16 inches, an untypical size for laptop screens, and uses the Crystal View Display technology, which enhances the image quality with more brightness and richer colors.
Fujitsu LifeBook N7010 is the world’s first dual screen laptop, both displays working simultaneously. The example given by Fujitsu sounds cool and you got to hear it. While you are working on a project on the 16-inch screen you ask for instruction via instant messaging, using the 1.3MP web camera and the built-in microphone, on the small screen.Other functions you can control by touching the small display include CD/DVD, picture slide shows, or you can just launch applications.
The dual screen laptop has a processing power of 2.26GHz via an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 and features also Blu-ray ROM optical drive for High Definition content, HDMI connectivity for compatible TVs, an ATI Radeon HD 3470 graphics card with 256MB GDDR3 dedicated memory, support for 2GB HyperMemory, card slot, E-Sata port, wireless N support, touchpad with gesture control, Bluetooth, and shock-mounted hard drive.

You can order the laptop with two displays starting today at a price of $1,499.
