First USB 3.0 Devices Prepared for CES 2009

Too bad that we don't have any picture yet to show you how the new external portable hard drives featuring USB 3.0 look like, but if you have things to do in Las Vegas in January, you might go and visit the Customer Electronics Show 2009. Symwave will demonstrate file transfers via the SuperSpeed USB 3.0 technology at the USB TechZone Booth #30368 and the Private Suite #2913 at Las Vegas Hilton.



It is the world's first USB 3.0 solution and you can't miss the showcase, especially because the new technology is 10 times faster than what is known today as USB 2.0.


USB 3.0 is the highest-speed connectivity solution available today and is backwards compatible with the previous USB version.
