The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced Innovus Designs Inc as an International CES Innovations 2007 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree for the Hybrid Notebook Case.Eclipse Solar Gear will present a new laptop case, the Hybrid Notebook Case at the 2007 International CES, which runs in Las Vegas on January 8-11.

Acording to the company, the Hybrid Notebook Case provides an integrated solar charging solution but it also has an auxiliary battery and an integrated thermal cooling solution.

The auxiliary battery can supply extra power for a laptop or handheld devices including cell phones, MP3 players, GPS units or satellite radios.

The Hybrid Notebook Case will be offered in different sizes and in different fabrications including aluminum and water-resistant molded designs.
