At CeBIT 2008, Speed Link, Genius and Hama are presenting new trendy web cameras each unveiling a new design, simple or sophisticated, showing the elegant aspect of the technology.

Leplace VICIOUS AND DIVINE web cameras from Speed Link have 2MP picture resolution with 1.3MP video resolution and are the world’s first USB cameras with flash, capable of producing high resolution images independent of the light conditions.
They have a Z shape folding mechanism to fit both desktop monitors and laptop displays or right on your home or office desk.
Other characteristics include a 3x digital zoom, microphone with noise-cancellation, mute button, reflecting lens, night vision, and compatibility with Windows 2000/XP/Vista.



Genius is pride to show to the public its Slim 2020AF camera with 2MP resolution and motorized auto focus.
It has a built-in mic, great image quality in low light conditions, LCD panel clip, a 360 degrees swivel, Face Recognition to identify the right computer user, Face Tracking, and USB 2.0 connectivity support for high speed transfers.



This web camera model comes with the WebMate software with editing applications, CrazyTalk Avatar Creator that animates your still images, and CrazyTalk Cam Suite that lets you change the talking avatars or facial expressions.
More than that, this camera doesn’t require driver installation.

Another cool web camera is Hama PC Webcam Double Lens that provides a high resolution via two lenses, one for short wide angle and the other one for long distances.



It lets you adjust the focus manually to reach the optimum image quality, while there is also a snapshot button for still pictures, six adjustable illumination LED lights for low light, built-in microphone, USB power supply, and the possibility to send videos and pictures via e-mail directly.



The golden camera has 350K resolution, 1280 x 960 picture/video resolution, 30 fps, and USB 2.0 connectivity.
