Zepto released a new gaming notebook called Znote 3415W with a 15.4-inch WXGA display and available in two configuration options.

The Value customizable version starts at a price of $1212 and brings basic components such as an Intel Celeron M 540 processor at 1.86GHz speed, the Nvidia Geforce 8600M GT with 512MB memory, 1GB DDR2 memory, 80GB HDD drive from Hitachi, a DVD/CD-RW combo burner, Bluetooth, built-in web camera and the power from a 6-cell battery.
This basic configuration doesn’t include wireless module or the operating system, and it doesn’t support Windows XP.

At a starting price of $1596 you can choose the Power model which has an Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 processor at 2.10GHz speeds, 4GB memory, 200GB HDD storage capacity, a Samsung DVD-RW dual layer burner, Zepto Zpro 300 Mbit Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth, web camera and the 6-cell battery.
This version comes with Windows Vista Basic 64 Bit edition.

Zepto UK announced a free hard disk upgrade for those that will purchase a new Znote 6625WD Power until February 27, meaning that instead of 160GB you can get 200GB at 7200 rpm or you can opt for the 320GB HDD at 6400 rpm instead of the 250GB version.
This will allow help you save up to 229 GBP.

The Znote 6625WD Power is built to meet high graphics demands and that’s why it comes equipped with the NVIDIA Geforce 8600M GT which uses up to 1280 MB of RAM memory having its ow 512MB dedicated memory.

Other features of this notebook include a powerful Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 processor running at 2.1GHz speed, 2GB DDR II RAM memory, a Samsung DVD-RW Dual Layer optical drive, the Zepto Zpro 300Mbit Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth, web camera built-in, and a 6-cel Li-Ion battery.
There is no operating system installed on this notebook.

Zepto to Launch 17 inch Gaming Notebook with Quad Core CPU

Zepto Computers, an expert in notebook computers, plans to launch a new cool and powerful gaming machine in April 2008.

Zepto gaming notebook will have a large screen measuring 17 inches and will weight just 3.4 kg. But the most important part will be the processor.
The latest Zepto notebook will be powered by an Intel quad core CPU and it will also integrate Nvidia graphics, probably the 8800M.

The machine will have a starting price of $2,350.

This is what Kjærsgaard, COO, Zepto Computers A/S, declared:

”We have had a clear goal to build further on our market leading position in the introduction of new technology first. Besides our focus on a stylish design, we have developed this notebook with leading performance and lowest weight to create the thinnest possible notebook PC. According to our customers these are key parameters whilst choosing a 17” notebook.”
