Toshiba has announced the Satellite A135-S4527, a sub-$800 laptop.

Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 is a 15.4-inch widescreen laptop, is based Intel 943GML Express Chipset with Graphics Media Accelerator 950, providing up to 256MB of shared video memory.

Toshiba A135-S4527 features a Pentium T2080 dual-core processor (at 1.73GHz), 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 120GB SATA HDD (at 5400rpm) and a dual layer DVD burner.

Other features include PC Card Slot, four USB ports and S-Video TV output.

Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 ships with Windows Vista Home Premium operating system and is now available at all computer stores in the United States.

Toshiba Qosmio G40, a new version of its flagship Qosmio portable laptops, will be launched in June.

We know that the new Qosmio laptop will be powered by the next generation Core 2 Duo (Merom) T7300P processor and will feature NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics card with 512 MB of dedicated memory and with HDMI 1.3 output.

The Qosmio G40’s 17-inch display laptop will also feature a HD DVD-R drive, a 200GB HDD and 2GB of RAM and will ship with Windows Vista operating system pre-installed.

In Europe, Toshiba’s Qosmio G40 will be priced at $2999 Euros. There is no information on G40’s availability in the United States.

Toshiba has announced the Portege M400-S5032, a new tablet PC configuration in its 12.1-inch screen Portege M400 series.

The M400-S5032 feature an Intel Core 2 Duo processor at 1.83GHz, 1GB of DDR2 667MHz memory, a 100GB 5400rpm SATA HDD and an Ultra SlimSelect Bay double layer DVD burner.

Portege M400-S503 has a 6-cell Li-Ion battery and it comes with Windows Vista Business 32-bit operating system.

Weighting 4.5 pounds, the Toshiba Portege M400-S5032 is based on Intel 945GM Express Chipset, which incorporates Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 with 8MB to 256 MB of shared graphics memory providing 1024×768 screen resolution. The M400-S5032 has also feature an Intel PRO/Wireless Network Connection (802.11a/b/g), Gigabit Ethernet, 56k modem and a Bluetooth, three USB ports, 5-in-1 Bridge Media Adapter, IEEE-1394, a PC Card slot, VGA-out and a finger print reader.

Toshiba Portege M400-S5032 is now available for $1,699.

After the release of the P100-ST9752, Toshiba announces two new gaming laptops, the Satellite P100-ST976 and Satellite P100-S9772.

The new Satellite model has a lightning fast Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor , 1024MB DDR2 SDRAM (at 667MHz), and a super high-res 17-inch widescreen (1680x1050). The 5400rpm HDD speeds access to key game elements (models, audio, textures etc) during play.

Memory is one key to gaming performance. And the Satellite P100-S9772 offers a full 2048MB (2GB) PC5300 DDR2 667MHz SDRAM set up for dual-channel support.

Toshiba Satellite P100-ST9762 and Toshiba Satellite P100-ST9772 are now available, priced at $2499 and $2899, respectively.
