BenQ has just launched a new slim notebook included in its Joybook series, dedicated to the stylish customers.
The 1-inch thick Joybook X31 has a 13.3-inch LED display with 300 nits brightness, HDMI connectivity, biometric fingerprint sensor, delivering superb graphics via the nVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT video card with 512MB memory, all these encased in resistant magnesium-aluminum alloy which adds the metallic finish on the bronze background.

In addition to the LED display technology, the notebook features also UltraVivid Technology with Display Brilliance Enhancement Film for sharp images even in special light conditions.
It is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo LV L7500 processor with 1.6GHz speeds, and runs on Windows Vista operating system, integrating the Mobile Intel PM965 Express Chipset, up to 4GB RAM memory, up to 250GB HDD storage, a 8X DVD Super-Multi optical drive, a bettery of up to 6-cell Lithium-Ion for 3.5 hours of operating time, modem, Ethernet connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2x 1.5W speaker system, microphone, high definition audio, and built-in 3MP web camera.

The notebook measures 320 x 229 x 25.3 mm and weighs 1.60 Kg without the battery.

And here comes a new notebook from BenQ, the 14.1-inch Joybook R45 sporting a nice and elegant housing, and running on Windows Vista operating system.
It is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 processor clocked at 2.1GHz and the graphics are enhanced by the nVIDIA GeForce 8400M G card which improves the image quality on the UltraVivid-enabled wide display with 1280x800 pixel resolution, 16 ms response time , 200 nits brightness and Display Brilliance Enhancement Film for ultra-sharp image quality.

There is a built-in 2MP camera for video conferences, microphone, Wi-Fi connectivity, WLAN, built-in 1.5W speakers with smart noise suppression and echo cancellation, HDMI interface, up to 4GB memory, up to 250GB HDD, an 8x DVD super multi double layer optical drive, Ethernet port, 4 USB ports, modem, Bluetooth with EDR, 4-in-1 card reader, and a 6-cell Li-Ion battery.
BenQ Joybook R45 measures 340 x 246 x 27.5 mm at 2.13Kg without the battery.

We don’t have information regarding the price but as soon as BenQ will release it in stores in China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and Russia this month, we’ll find out more.

The latest notebook released by BenQ is unveiling a new design line with brushed aluminum band across the notebook’s lid, reflecting the urban spirit and a styled personality of a user that needs to distinguish from the crowd.
The Joybook A53 also features the latest display and processing technologies for everyday use and for business professionals, being powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 of 1.80GHz speeds, with the SiS Mirage 3+ graphic chipset, while sporting a 15.4-inch WXGA display with 200 nits brightness and UltraVivid/Display Brilliance Enhancement Film technology enhancements.
Another key addition of designers is the integrated numerical keyboard to the right of a full-sized alphanumeric keyboard, while the space between the keys is greater than at standard laptop keyboards, plus that BenQ chose a 20% larger key dimension for extra comfort and easy typing.

Among the most important elements of this model which characterize it are the built-in web camera of 0.3MP with Arcsoft WebCam Companion 2.0 and Magic i Visual Effects, the two 1.5W speakers for high-definition audio, microphone with smart noise suppression and echo cancellation, WLAN card for office or hotspot connectivity, Wi-Fi module, up to 512MB RAM, up to 200GB S-ATA hard drive at 5400 rpm, an integrated 8x super multi double layer DVD optical drive, modem, a 4-in-1 card reader, and a 4800 mAh 6-cell Li-Ion battery which lasts up to 1.5 hours of intensive use.
BenQ Joybook A53 is relatively-light weighting approximately 2.6 Kg with the battery.

Recently it has launched a new series of notebooks called Joybook Q41, with a great feature - dual screen - one 2.5-inch auxiliary display that shows your songs, pictures and games, and the main wide screen with UltraVivid technology measuring 14.1 inches.
Joybook Q41 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and runs with the Windows Vista operating system, which combined with the auxiliary screen, displays the Windows SideShow and gives you access to all the information, with no need to open the notebook.
