Everybody was curious to see the new Lamborghini-branded ASUS VX3 laptop and now we have the opportunity to see it in all its splendor during CeBIT 2008 in Hanover, Germany, event that ends on March 9.


The Lamborghini VX3 is a compact notebook showing a luxurious look and a 12.1-inch WXGA display with Crystal Shine, surrounded by a sapphire crystal web camera panel, titanium allow hinge backbone and a bound palm rest made of premium leather.

Among its specifications we encounter an Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 processor, the Intel PM965 chipset, Intel Next-Gen wireless N module, the NVIDIA GeForce 9300 graphics card with 256MB memory, 320GB HDD storage at 5400 rpm, 4GB DDR2 memory, 3.5G module,a DVD-S-Multi Double Layer LightScribe optical drive, and Windows Vista Ultimate advanced operating system pre-installed.
More than that, the notebook comes with the Lamborghini mouse, mouse pad and carry bag.

ASUS M50 and ASUS M70 are the first notebooks to come with one Terrabyte of hard disk storage and AuthenTec, a leader in the fingerprint sensor and security solutions industry announced that the latest ASUS models will come with its technology to add a powerful protection layer to the two entertainment notebooks.

One Terrabyte equals one trillion bytes and it’s a huge capacity in which you could store around 1000 hours of video, or in other words 350 full-length cinema movies, or 150000 standard length songs, and so on.

The exact fingerprint sensor model equipping the ASUS notebooks is AuthenTec AES1610, an advanced security solution which has been chosen by ASUS to protect such a huge amount of stored data, by reading below the skin’s surface to the live layer where the defined fingerprints reside.
This is done via the TruePrint technology.

Tangent, a technology solutions provider which won many industry awards has just announced it started to sell the new ePC ultra-mini notebook, after signing a strategic agreement with ASUS.

ePC is available at just $299 an weights just 2 pounds, showing a 7-inch display and several cool housing color options such as Black, Sky Blue, Pearl White, Lush Green and Blush Pink.

There are four ePC models available with prices ranging between $299 and $499, and up to 8GB SSD storage disk.
The internal memory is of 1GB DDR II and the models come also with built-in web cameras, mice and carrying cases.
ASUS offers a 2-year warranty for the ultra-portable notebooks that feature wireless connection, anti-shock protection, the Talk to Me feature which is a voice command support that allows the user to launch application using the speaking.
Using Talk to Me you can start the notebook, surf the Internet and even turn it off.
According to Tangent CEO Douglas Monsour, "The ePC brings new flavors to ultra-mini notebooks.
