BenQ Joybook R43 brings the City Lights of a Great Metropolis

Joybook R43 is the latest notebook from the series, brought recently by BenQ to impress China in December, with other countries to follow soon.
It is a modern laptop fitting the everyday people that are attracted by modern designs with unique style, which in this case is expressing the spirit of a great metropolis seen through the windows in the night.
The case has a deep black lid accented by a unique ornamental band imprinted with Laminar Film technology to outline a great metropolis’ skyline in pop art style.

Joybook R43 has a 14.1-inch UltraVivid Widescreen display, with a resolution of 1280x800, based on the Display Brilliance Enhancement Film technology to increase brightness and sharpen details.
Its keyboard supports 8 million keystrokes, according to the 20 tests results.

Coming with Windows Vista pre-installed, the notebook is running on an Intel Core2 Duo T7100 processor with the SiS Mirage 3+ chipset, and its graphics card has 256MB dedicated memory.
The HDD has 80GB, 120GB and160 GB (5400RPM-SATA) storage options which you can choose from, while the RAM memory is a DDR II starting from 512MB and up to 2GB.

Its standard optical drive is a Combo but you can also opt for a Super Multi Dual Layer drive.
It is the ideal device for multimedia applications, digital home features with data security, with support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and the QData Trove system that secures the information stored on your laptop.
Its card reader is a 4-in-1 type compatible with SD, MMC, MS and MS-Pro cards.
Another thing that you should take into consideration is that the model had been tested against scratches, pressure, hinge, compatibility, temperature variations, drop, and vibration and it proved to be one of the most resistant models on the market.
With a Li-Ion battery of 6 cells and 4800mAh the notebook has a 2.5 hours battery duration.
